Dogwood Meadows is a third-generation family farm rooted in Gaston County. With community in mind, they grow fresh, seasonal produce using modern organic practices. Their goal is to provide nutritious food to their neighbors in an environment that nourishes optimal health while cultivating beauty and appreciation of the land. Dogwood Meadows Farm offers a world of educational and recreational opportunities––a place to learn and play, to gather and relish good times. On 230 sprawling acres, they welcome folks to take part in nature’s offerings––hunt, fish, camp, hike, and enjoy the outdoors. Their farm is the place to experience the power of fresh food and fresh air. Their aim is to nourish the community and create a welcoming respite for all.

Our approach for the brand is blooming Dogwoods meet Carolina blue skies. The subtle shadow colors depict a nurturing calm and a welcoming respite to explore, refuel and recharge. The three dogwood trees in the logo symbolize the three generations of the family farm rooted in Gaston County and the vintage logotype reflects a style that you’d see in old books and farm manuals of the 1940s. The hand drawn illustrations and graphic elements depict the history and legacy of the land, the farm and the textile industry that once boomed in North Carolina. Overall, the direction is endearing and positive, welcoming community to become a part of the space to feel refreshed and recharged.
