KEEP GOOD
Keep Good turns surplus food into nutritious, freeze-dried meals that last for years, feeding more people, in more places, for longer.
Keep Good
Keep Good is a social impact venture transforming the way surplus food is preserved, distributed, and valued. Built on the belief that good food should never go to waste, they use freeze-drying technology to convert fresh surplus ingredients into nutritious, shelf-stable meals that last for years. Their mission is simple: make nutrition timeless, accessible, and sustainable. By preserving up to 97 percent of the original nutrients, Keep Good ensures fresh food reaches communities where traditional systems fall short, without the need for kitchens, refrigeration, or complex logistics. Their work bridges food waste and food insecurity with practical, scalable solutions that honor both people and the planet. Rooted in dignity, equity, and human care, Keep Good is redefining food recovery for a future where every meal and every person is valued.
Mindful & Good partnered with Keep Good to develop a name, brand strategy, and visual identity that could carry the weight of a global challenge while staying grounded in simplicity and hope. The goal was to build a brand that communicates innovation without losing sight of humanity, and one that speaks clearly to nonprofits, partner organizations, and communities in need. The identity draws inspiration from the process of preservation itself. At the center is a symbolic bowl, warm and welcoming, holding geometric fragments that echo the structure of freeze-dried food. This form captures the transformation from excess to access and reflects the imperfect, evolving nature of our food systems. The palette is cool, calm, and confident, evoking freshness, trust, and longevity. The result is a brand that feels modern yet humble, technical yet deeply human. It embodies practical optimism and reinforces Keep Good’s purpose: to preserve good food and extend its life where it matters most.
